Cancellation Policy
I will charge a 60% cancellation fee if cancellation is 48 hours prior to appointment!
No-shows will be charged your full appointment cost and have to pay a deposit in order to book again.
If client is 15 minutes past appointment time you will be charged as a ‘no show’ and will have to rebook through the website.
